New Years Resolutions...a new beginning

Today is a brand new day...and a brand new year. A clean slate if you will. Day 1. What are your resolutions in your life this year?

Mine: I would like to start stregnth training to help get to my goal. I'm just 10 lbs away. I will not snack and graze at night as that is my worst time for eating. I will be happy and live my life to the fullest.

Your turn. Welcome to A BRAND NEW DAY

cut my cheating days to twice a month instead of 4 , drink more water, continue with the exercising and hit 199 by the end of this year.

Every year I make the same resolution: to find more balance in my life.

Nice and vague...

I figure that it is something that I will always want to strive to achieve.

Some concrete goals? I will return to school and exile in the Fall.

I will get my craft room re-organize and re-decorated so that it is also a usable guest room.
