Total lean is my go to, when I looked at others, total lean seems to have great numbers as in cal, nut, vit and protein. I drink half for a snack, and a full for a meal when I am not getting enough protein. They seems to really keep me satisfied for a long time..not that I am hungry , but make me feel I guess good?/

Yeah they are good.So to save money after surgery will you continue to use this brand that's already mixed?

I like Syntrax Vanilla Bean Torte! It really does have vanilla bean specks in it, and it has a slight cake batter taste along with the vanilla taste. Really yummy with half water and half unsweetened vanilla almond milk. :)
