4 days out

Still not at the 64 oz of liquid yet or the Protein. TO many of the Protein drinks are not lactose free. Got the HEB Mootopia that helps....and got some Muscle Milk

Did drink a 5.5 oz can of V8 this morning - took 45 minutes but got it all in.

Did 1/2 of SF Jello as well

Going to movie now so I can get out of the house!

Other than that progressing and keeping a positive view of this all .

Just curious--did lactose bother you pre-op too, or is that a new thing since being sleeved? I'm hoping that all my whey-based protein powders won't go to waste after surgery, LOL.
