    Omg u look amazing my highest was 316 and I'm now 198 yeah I was 193 but I slipped up when did u get surgery. .

    I had surgery Nov 5 2012

    Thank you I'm tallish I'm 5'8" so 198 seems like a lot still thinking I want to lose another 15 lbs
