omg google it gir. its high intensity kick boxing. so funnnnnnnnnnn but it burns up to 1000 cals an hour and i dont think i am eating enough because i am not losing weight

I've been doing her turbo fire and turbo jam routines they are a blast. I honestly do better when I add more weights to my exercise but I love the energy from those routines.

Oh! At my gym we call it turbo kick. Got ya. I love it. My favorite class now is kettle bells. My abs are killing me. With surgery and weight loss I will one day see them my 6 pack LOL.

turbo jam is a killer man. but it forces me to eat more

I think that I need to eat a lot more when I do heavy cardio as well. I find that if I don't eat more calories then I feel light headed after 30 minute or so.

yea i have to reduce my days to 3 days for now. its impossible to get that many calories
