My Progres

I was sleeved 3.11.13. My weight day of surgery was 379 pounds. Weight as of 6.24.13. My only regret is that I couldn't have had the surgery years earlier. If you have questions, feel free to ask.

Wow in 3 months 100pounds !!

Yeah, my surgeon's nurse practitioner said she doesn't say this very often, but I have to start eating more. I do my protein shakes but I hit the gym everyday.
