Eliptical!

Started back on the elliptical today!! Can't wait til I get back to doing my 45mins!!! I'm starting slow right now tho only did 10mins today

Good for you for starting back and for starting slow...as you progress you might want to try a Precor AMT (adaptive motion trainer) if your gym has them...I tried one at my gym the other day and, boy oh boy, it kicked my butt in a way that the elliptical doesn't with the same level of effort :-)

Precor AMT - is that marketing speak for the heart rate programs that get harder based on your pulse? That was the first thought that popped into my mind. Now I will do t right thing and go google tat term. :)
