Goodness I wonder what the delay is? I'd call....no I'd go to the Doc's office to question why they're being lax with sending your info. Sometimes we've gotta be proactive.

I did Monday I am going to sit there until its done!

I went through the same thing this week. But I tried this today and IT WORKED LIKE A CHARM: "Hey Ms. Laney, I'm not seeing that your fax came through, but I've been having lots of issues today with orders coming through anyway. You mind if I just hold while you fax it so I can make sure I get it?"

I got the fax (5 years of past weigh-ins from PCP) and sent it over to surgeons office. That was the last step in my insurance requirements! Now I'm just waiting for approval!

Same thing happened to me, it took the ins. Office over a week to fax the paperwork once they had given me the verbal approval!! It made me crazy:(

I am ready to get this done!!! I want to start my new life????!
