Try warm tea. Warm liquids seem to go down better. But, all this will get better in time.

Water is harder for a lot of us initially, in addition to herbal tea, I drank Vitamin Water Zero. It went down much easier than water for me. Good luck!

I'm trying to drink Water but every time I take a sip this weird feeling goes down my chest and into the stomach it kinda hurts...like really bad gas
