If you get an insulated cooler you could bring some turkey roll ups (sliced turkey with a little green onion and cream cheese), hard boiled eggs, cheese slice, turkey jerky (but not if you have to walk your sodium, jerky has lots). Im sure I have more ideas but my cup of coffee hasnt kicked in yet this morning.

Try cheese sticks, yogurts, sliced turkey or slice chicken breast protein shakes that are sold ready to drink water of course fruit cups and apple sauce. Just a few suggestions.
