Wendy's Chili

I normally don't like posts like this bc it implies everyone should be able to eat the same amount as if we aren't all unique, but I'm a little concerned....

I was able to eat an entire large Wendy's chili today with two packs of crackers (over about half an hour). And I don't feel sick or stuffed.

Is this crazy or just one of those days where I am able to eat a bit more for whatever reason (PMS, worked out really hard, skipped breakfast)? I am 5 mo out.

Thanks for any thoughts.

Ive noticed the same thing sometimes and I am only 7 weeks out. It seems the more moist the food is the more I can eat. Other days I'm good to get a 1/2 cup of anything in.

My dr said to just eat what we are supposed to eat and not over fill the sleeve. I know at 7 months out I am able to eat too much. I have to stop myself from doing that. Check with your nut to see if you should eat that much at one time. Christie at 7 weeks you definitely should not be eating over 1/2 cup at a meal.
