Arginaid?

My doctor advice me to drink this product after release from the hospital. I have my family looking at every pharmacy in NY but they don't. have it , so call my doctor and she said do not worry drink Water . I still try to get it from amazon 10 days to arrive... Electrolytes ??? Someone try or know about this product?
