Determined

My surgery is next Friday Im very determined to use my sleeve as a tool. It's not going to be easy. its going to take eating right and exercise , but to me the pros out weigh the cons. I want to get off most of my meds and have a healthier inside. I also want a healthy looking outside. I want to go shopping NOT at a plus size store and I want to fit into some cute clothes. Im 46 yrs. old and I told myself I would not be this size when I'm 50 ! Someone said this and it stuck in my head -- Be good to your sleeve and your sleeve will be good to you ! :)
