Just got done with my follow up post op appointment. I was sleeved on 5/31 and my surgeon just cleared me today to start working out and resume normal activities. I was shocked since I am only 13 days post op. I am down 15 pounds since the surgery day and I lost 35 pounds before surgery so I am already down 50 pounds all in all. My wounds healed very well, still slight pain on manipulation site but very tolerable, and all my Labwork and numbers all look good he said so I'm happy about that. Either gonna hit the gym or gonna start p90x. Let me know what some of you folks do for workout plans post op. Thanks and thanks for all the support from everyone
