Hi colcol, Sliders may be different for each of us... potato chips, crackers, cookies... all go down EASY... and with little or no feeling of fullness. Milkshakes, ice cream, mixed drinks,candy....You can eat around your sleeve with these...and it can slow your loss, or even make you gain. Log what you eat to keep track. Protein first gives you the feeling of fullness the best... do not drink during or just after eating, it washes the food though and you get "empty" sooner. Good luck!

...and by the way, this is the "Vets" forum, the little corner of this site set aside for Vets comments and questions that come up when your are beyond a year of surgery. We will be here for you in a year when you need us with your matured sleeve and goal questions! Cheers!
