Worried

My 6 month checkup is Thursday. I'm a tad bit worried that my doctor will have expected me to lose so much more than I have:/ losing slow is good though

Well...as long as you have followed the guidlines he put forth and your body hasnt responded the way you thought it would you should be fine. Take a deep breath and smile and it will all be fine.

Remember the check up is a great opportunity to get the most out of your sleeve experience. Go in there offensively to ask as many questions to go forward the next 6 mos. to make a success for yourself. Your doc can be your best friend if you appreciate him/her in that way. The gifts will be to yourself. You are there for yourself and your self care, not for him so much.

I still have the surgery to go through. You and your doc have gotten this far together, Let your awesome journey continue.

How much have you lost?

I know that people who are more overweight, lose quicker. I started at 284 and I'm now at 223 or around that. I know water weight can make it fluctuate also being on the monthly. I need to learn to only weigh once a week or even less lol I just can't!
