Struggling

Family!!! I am struggling!!! I'm on day 2 of my pre op diet and its hard!!! I can't get the soups or the shakes they had me purchase down... I need HELP MOTIVATION and IDEAS.... I'm about to go postal!!!! Please help me y'all!!!! Only thing keeping me from crying is the fact that I'm at work.... I've prepared myself for post op but I guess I didn't do enough preparation for pre op. I know the goal ahead and I know what I'm working towards, but this is...... Uuuuuugh!!!! Idk what to do!!!!

    Stay Strong! You can do it! What I do is I write a list off the things I want to do while at goal. I look at smaller clothes on line lol

    You can do it! I'm on day 3 of my pre op diet...I'm less hungry but kinda dizzy. I just try to keep focused on how good it will feel to lose weight and be healthy.

Day 5 and I'm feeling better!!!! I go in 2mar for my blood work and pre op testing/ class
