I'm where you are but a month further out. Lost 19 the first 3-4 weeks, gained 4 and and am just now seeing the 4 start to drop off.

It's the dreaded 3 week stall and its just part of losing weight. Unfortunately.

Start of 3 day pre-op diet 231

Surgery 4/29/13

Now 214

I just want to be to 206 by the 19th! (100 lbs down from my highest)

Well I dont like it.. lol.. my highest weight is 247.. I just want to stsrt seeing some reason to why I put myself through this, also I feel like majority of the time, not taking any vitamins, I need chewable b-12, multi vit, and a pepcid.. any suggestions and im at walmart..

I swear by CelebrateVitamins.com. Before my band was removed and revision done 5/20, I found a protein drink & multivitamin all in one! If I do that plus their drinkable multivitamin in the evening I get all the vites I'm supposed to get within the time frame my Dr. wants. My levels are great. Iron is my only prob...but this is a "prior to surgery" issue I'm working on. Check them out. I don't like the chewable a....textures bug me. :-)

If your still shopping you want a sublingual b-12, put it under your tongue and let it dissolve. Stomach acid destroys it this way it gets into your blood stream. I buy mine at costco.

Also I've just been taking my regular Vitamins after the first week or so, dr said I could swallow all my pills.

Sorry your stalling. Some one the other day said something about my having a low bmi and that impacting my weightloss. WTF?? Me a low bmi? And then I realized its not that high. I guess I will always be fighting that 306 lb girl!

Staci27, that is exactly what I was wondering. I had surgery on June 6th and I have only lost 5 pounds including pre surgery diet. I feel upset that I went through this and the pounds aren't leaving.

I am sorry, I didn't have anyone to excited with and you guys know exactly where I am coming from.. I am on Phase 2 of my diet and will get to start eating cottage cheese and yogurt next week, which I am looking forward to that as well.. I hope everyone is doing great.. No issues here, I have not problems at all. Great news!
