protein pills?

Hi there :-)

I had a question about protein pills. We all have to get 60-80g of protein daily. I've read all about protein shakes and bars but what about protein pills? I know nothing about them. Anybody know what the deal is?

Never heard of them. I have herd of protein 'shots' (like a gellified one 'shot' drink of protein), but typically those are made from cellulose protein, which is not bio available, and not good for us to consume. I wonder what the pills would be made of, and if they would be good for you or not. There are a lot of gimmicks out there, so buyer beware!
