Protein shake

Hi can anyone give me some recipes for pre-op liquid protein shakes. I need ideas , not sure what I'm aloud to put in the shake. HELP!!!

    Hi can anyone give me some recipes for pre-op liquid Protein shakes. I need ideas , not sure what I'm aloud to put in the shake. HELP!!!

    My surgeons office said I could either mix the powder with milk OR blend the powder with fruit and Water but not both milk and fruit because it would be too many carbs. I opted for milk only as it was easier and more convenient at work.

    Pre-op I just drank 5 of the Atkins Advantage shakes a day. Definitely only buy enough for PRE-OP because I'm 99% sure you won't be able to drink them post op! LOL not enough protein in too much liquid :) good luck!
