Help with decision!:)

I was sure I was going to do the band but now that I have done more research I'm thinking the sleeve would be the way to go? Can some of you tell me why you choose the sleeve over band?

I had a band for five years. It damaged my stomach and esophagus in a way that was becoming very serious. I lost fifty pounds in five years, threw up multiple times daily, and was always hungry. Sleeved now ten days. Down nineteen pounds. No throwing up and almost never hungry. It is amazing. My band damage made me higher risk for sleeve leak and I had a scare requiring a second surgery the day following my sleeve.
