Mommy make over

I have a scheduled mommy makeover on June the 22nd I weigh 280 pounds I know I'm still overweight but I used to weigh 411 the reason why I'm doing it so it took so soon is because there's lots of exercise is that I cannot do because of the hanging skin I've lost a hundred 31 pounds already I can do jumping jacks I can't run so I was just wondering if anybody's ever got a tummy test Wayne 282 help with exercise it movement after the skin is removed please let me know thank you
