3 1/2 months check-up

Went really good. I am down total of 53.6 pounds (by there scale this afternoon and 56 lbs by mine from this morning) of course I was naked and it was first thing this morning. ...anyway....some of my labs were off a little. B12 is low so starting shots once a month to boost that up. Vit D is low which I was deficient in before surgery so no big surprise there. Lipid panel was great. A1C down to 5.2! Things are food...very good. They want me down 16 pounds at my next visit in 3 months. Surely I can get that off! That would put me in onederland!!! Whoop whoop!

No not off meds. Unfortunately I am a type 1 diabetic but I was on the pump and now just having to do a couple of shots a day!
