I have been approved and my surgery has been set July 22nd . I am waiting only because that is when I'll have help at home for the first week. I'm new to VS talk and really excited to learn and be taught things. I started my journey at 318 lbs on Dec 10th and today I'm at 304. I am eating healthy and exercising when I can and am not in pain. I have been having hip and knee problems and have been having a hard time getting around.

Congratulations! We have the same surgery date so we can keep track of each other. It sounds like you are making excellent progress. Keep up the good work.
