Gaining weight =(

Hi Guys, I started at 260, got down to 190 and am so happy to have a 70 pound loss! I havent done anything different and one day I went back up to 192, then two days later 194 Now im starting to freak out Im gaining weight and I dont know why!! I dont want to go back to the 200's :( Any suggestions? Is this happening to anyone else?

I fluxuate like that when I hit a stall. My stalls seem to last about 2 1/2 weeks. They usually break without me changing anything that I am doing, of course they usually happen without me changing anything either. Sorry I'm not more help, but know that you aren't alone.
