I am 3.5 weeks post op and today I ate watermelon and I have to say it went down great. Since its mostly water It seemed I was able to eat a lot of it. Chewed it well of course. It was so refreshing.

Watermelon is one of the first fresh fruits I could enjoy. Also did well with cantaloupe and bananas. It was several months before I could eat more acidic fruits.
