Caffiene tolerances?

I was a caffeine junky before surgery. I took that opportunity to get off it completely and have been good for several months. I just started supplementing my training with a pre-work out drink (black powder). I only use it in the early morning as I hit the gym at 6am. I now find myself waking up in the middle of the night wide awake and not being able to go back to sleep for several hours. Not enjoying it but love the serious pump, power and focus from this stuff!!!

It has been a thought. I was sleeved the day before you and weighed a similar weight.

What all is in that stuff? Does it say how much caffeine is in it? If you take it that early, I wouldn't think the caffeine would be keeping you up later at night. Wonder if it's some other ingredient that's in it..........

Ya I didn't think about that. I will read up on it. Think I might just switch to "pump" and not worry about it. Just hate to waste it.
