Questions.

Hello,

I think im driving my Husband insane, im constantly worried that im eating to much or im going to "stretch" my stomach. I eat any where from 1/3 cup food to 1/2 cup depending what im eating. Im a snacker so I find myself wanting to "not needing too" chew on something.

For some reason I cant get a hold of my nutritionist to get any ideas or suggestions. So any insight would be fantastic. I had my Surgery December 18th and today im down 75 pounds and have no Idea if thats where im suppose to be or if i should be losing more.

I just stress because I dont want to mess anything up. Obviously I did this for a reason. People are getting aggravated with me because I freak out.

again any insight or suggestions would be fantastic.

Thanks

When I feel the need to snack or crunch something.... I eat crunchy veggies... Carrots, jicama or cucumbers.... That seemed to do the trick!hope this helps...

Try to relax. There's not a lot you can do to stretch your stomach. The part that stretches has mostly been removed. At this point, your weightloss looks fine, probably better than average. Eating about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of food is pretty much on track. Make sure you are getting your protein in and your water but otherwise it sounds like your are right on track.
