Yoga anyone?

So I just started doing yoga for the first time tonight. Not the easiest cause I'm 277 lbs BUT it was very relaxing and I felt so refreshed:) I struggled with some things but I know with time everything will come together:: practice makes perfect:: just wanted to know if any of my fellow sleevers has any advice or links to videos so I can practice ! Also, meditation videos. It would be greatly appreciated!

The biggest challenge for me is letting go of ego and has little to do with what my body can or cannot do.

What sort of yoga are you doing?
