Weigh-In with my PCP

I'm sitting here this morning in the doctors office waiting to get my first visit since I gave him my criteria from the insurance company.

I don't know what the scale will say. For the most part I've followed the 1,400 calories, but actually the only real exercise I've been doing is at work (where I put anywhere from 8,000-10,000 steps on my pedometer).

Anyway I'm going to focus on getting some 'me' time this next 30 days.

That's pretty good, doing 8000-10000 on your pedometer. Makes me want to get mine out and wear it again, because I'm not getting ANY exercise these days. I have a lot of joint pain. By the way....

By the way....could you take pity on us older folk and increase the size of your text? I had to pull out my magnifying glasses!!

I'm so sorry about the print size, that's the size it comes up when I type from the app on my phone......There's no way I see to change it.
