Google or YouTube will be your friend here!

Anything with treading Water or kicking will help. A pool noodle will allow for crunches and resistance exercises for your arms and legs.

Watch some Water aerobics videos and incorporate those moves into your pool exercise.

I had a personal trainer do a 12 week aquatic program with me. It was amazing. There are tons of things you can do and use. I would suggest googling it or if you can go to a few classes at a pool it would be great for learning new ideas.

I love Water aerobics! It's a way better workout than a lot of people think, and it's easier on the joints. I would take some classes at a local pool or gym and then apply what you learn in your own pool. I think the structured classes, at least for me, are good because I work out at a higher level than I do on my own. Then in between classes, I do my own water workouts and land workouts too. How wonderful that you have your own pool!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
