drinking

Is it true that you aren't suppose to drink liquids while you eat after your sleeved?

I think that would be one of the hardest things to do. Now if I'm eating and my glass is empty, I stop eating until I get more liquids.

Yes, they recommend that you wait 30-45m after your last drink before you eat so that your stomach is completely empty. Since you can eat so little, you don't want water in there taking up space. And eating + drinking could cause you to overeat, because the water is washing the food out, clearing the way for more.

It's an adjustment. But it gets easier with practice. :)

Yeah it's true, you're supposed to wait at least 30 mins after eating. It's going to be a real challenge for me cause the only time I really drink is with meals.

Thanks alot. I watched the video. It really makes sense when you watch that. Maybe that's part of the problem with me now. I feel I really need something to drink to eat more. Thanks
