Taco

Anyone ever get a taco from Taco Bell and just eat the inside? Any idea of carbs etc?

    no, but I was thinking the same thing!! people do say they have groundbeef w taco seasoning once they get to that stage, so I don't see why not! I'd love a chicken taco!

    Yuck! The shell tastes like carb board to me....

    I just ate the inside after 1 bite........ :)

    I didn't eat the shell. Just the inside - beef lettuce and cheese. It was a very small portion and very yummy. I had a bit of mild sauce for dipping. I just don't know if this was oh diet wise. I don't know how to figure out the nutritional value. Appreesh any advise. Thanks

    You can see the nutritional info on tacobell.com, I would assume the protein would be the same and you are throwing out the carbs, Calories of course would be wrong.
