I had my first nut class today...and it was great advice a great class a lot of things i didn't know now i do:) have my appt for my egd tomorrow morning.....so excited that im starting the process by starting i mean fulfilling all the requirements...i can't wait till i have my date but for now im practicing buying the right foods and eating healthier the things that i thought were healthy are truly not....smh it amazed me...but now i know and im ready to start exploring
