Any post-op 5 days?

My surgery is coming up, and this might sound crazy to some, but as a mother I'm worried!

My sons 3rd birthday is 5days post op

And wondering if i should schedule the party before or if ill be up for it?

If you have a choice I would do it right before!

You will be on the pre op diet. But I think that will be easier than right after when your diet is still very limited but you will also be in a bit of pain and will tire easily... Barring no unforeseen complications that is.

I'm 5 days post-op. I had some complications with vomiting after sugary and didn't leave until Thursday, I was sleeved on Monday. If you've got family around that can help entertain your guests, I'd say go ahead with it. Just rest if you need to. But if you have enough time to reschedule, you might give yourself a few more days.
