Lactose intolerant?

Hi. Sleeved 4-23. I've never had an issue with dairy. For the last 2 days I've been throwing up my Atkins shakes or anything with dairy in it. Has anyone experienced this? So nauseous right now.

I was slightly lactose intolerant prior, but now it is bad. I don't throw up but it makes me have the runs something awful. Yogurt and pudding were to be my strength. Now, I suffer if I eat them. Do you think we could take Lactaid? I bought Lactaid milk, but it sounds gross. I'll talk to my surgeon next Thursday and post results. Good luck!

Oh, I was sleeved on April, 22nd.

Thanks. I go Thursday. I'm going to ask as well

I use lactaid milk & my nut said I could continue post op.

It serms scary but its got a nice clean milk flavor. We buy it mainly bc I'm lactose intolerant but also bc it lasts forever in the fridge.

I really like it.
