Confused gained two lbs

Hi. I got my surgery April 1 I have lost 19lbs since then but then I hit a stand still n gained two lbs back. I'm very frustrated because I'm eating 600 calories a day n walking 3 miles almost every day. Why on earth would I gain weight? Can someone help me? Also sorry to get so gross but I'm only pooping once a week. Is this normal?
