Hello sleevers, anyone know how many carbs a protein shake should contain???

    EAS CarbAdvantage only has 2g carbs and it's very tasty.

  • Just your preference. When losing I like the Atkins with 2 g carbs or Premier with 5 g. In maintenance I can stand a little more 10-12 g. No more than that for me. Good luck!

    Yes, either Atkins or Premier will have the lowest. Also if you get it from Smoothie Factory, my favority is the Gladiator, 45g with very little carbs depending upon a fruit you choose.
