    I have highmark BCBS. It's semantics over the 6 months of monthly visits. Been in a supervised med/nutrition/exercise program for year and a half.

    I have bcbs too !!!! I am not sure which one. Hmmmmm. I figured they would just accept it right away with an answer of yes.
