Ideas for Pureed Food

Am 4 weeks post op and pretty much all I can have is protein shakes, yoghurt and low fat cheese. If I eat rice crackers can get stuck. What's the easiest meat protein to eat-pureed mince? Am struggling to get enought food and water on board because it all takes so long to digest. Help.

How about nonfat cottage cheese, apple sauce (add protein powder to it), pureed turkey chili. Oh puree soups. I remember making maryland crab soup and pureeing it...loved it!

Had the sleeve. It's my doctors protocol that we follow puree until 6 week mark having done fluids for first 3 weeks.

I mostly mashed up stuff really good and chewed, chewed, chewed: canned salmon , canned chicken, avocados, bananas
