What is it about the 5s?

I seem to notice a pattern of where my loss " hangs" 190 for weeks. Then woosh. 185. Weeks... Now 180... Anyone else notice this or is it just me?

The whoosh effect generally comes after the fat stores are emptied of triglycerides and then refilled temporarily with water, then once the water weight is dropped, thus the "whoosh" effect happens. It's actually very common among those who are getting leaner and leaner and getting close to goal weight dependent upon their body.

Totally been happening to me in 5's also! SO strange. I just got on the scale this morning and was exactly 5 pounds down.
