Extra skin... HELP

Hi all!! I'm 6 months post-op today! Down 83.5 pounds and feeling pretty great! I've even gotten off many meds I was on before for pcos, high blood pressure! Very excited about my surgery!

I am gettin to the point that I have lots of extra skin! :-( problem areas are upper arms, tummy, and boobs! I've lost a lot of my boobs sadly lol. Anyways from the start I've used lots of lotion, mostly firming. Recently, in the last month, I have really struggled with dry skin. Surgeon and pharmacist agree its a combo of the weight loss and all the vitamins I take so I switched over to a body cream which they suggested as well as tree tea mint shampoo (dry scalp and hair loss!). Anyways, does anyone have any helpful suggestions for helping with this loose skin? I know it's inevitable but I am in a wedding in July so it would be great if I could get some of this under control! Thanks!! :-)
