Question Dr. C

Dr. C,

I wonder if you would answer a question for me. I am due to have surgery on the 27th of this month after several months of fighting with the insurance company. I've been having a problem with burping the last few months, I asked my nephrologist if it could be my blood pressure medication and she said no, so I thought maybe it was the stress the insurance company was giving me. I don't have any discomfort or pain from it, just air and on a rare occassion some reflux. I wanted to make sure it wasn't a problem with putting the band in. Thanks for any advice you can give.
