Help!

I was sleeved January 14th and I have been perfect! I hadnt cheated or had the urge to eat anything I wasn't supposed to. Then this weekend arrived I have had potato chips, Cheetos and a cupcake. I have lost 55 pounds

And I feel like I am going to gain it all back! Granted it has only been a couple times, but this is what got me here in the first place. Any crispy foods out there that we can eat? I hate pork skins just to out that our there.

Kim's magic pop is my go to crunchy snack. I top them with laughing cow for Protein. I started a thread about them if you want more details. Only 2 carbs.

I am going to have to try the Kale. I also have a microwave chip maker from pampered chef. You can make your own apple' date=' sweet potato, & potato chips without frying![/quote']

The people who make The Simply protein bar also make two different flavored chips on their website and have 10 or 15 grams of protein.
