Weird Pain on Left Side

I've been experiencing a strange cramp on my left side directly under my ribs. It's not very painful on a scale of 1-10 I would say it's between a 1 -2. I'm starting to get concerned because I've had this for 4 days. It gets worse after I eat but still no stronger and a 1.5 to 2. I called my doc and someone is supposed to call me back. Today is Sunday so who knows when I'll get a response. Should I be concerned about a leak. I'm about 5 weeks post op.

I saw my doctor and I pulled a muscle when I was working out. My hospital discharge paperwork stated that I could start working out at 4 weeks (last week for me) but apparently my doctor wanted me to wait 6 weeks (next week for me) before working out. OOPS!! I'm glad it isn't anything serious. I see my surgeon on Friday and I'll have him check everything out again just to be on the safe side.

Thanks for the responses!
