I am taking (trying to) 3 chewable vitamins a day recommended by my Dr. BUT..every time I do I get extremely nauseous and feel like I am going to throw up for hours after...then to try and eat something after a few hours is a turn off..what are you all doing for vitamins??? I don't want a deficiency :(
