Tightness in chest when eating!

Hello everyone I have been on soft foods since Monday. I notice when I'm eating my soft food which consists of yogurt, cottage cheese, egg salad, and refried beans so far that I will get a tightness in my chest bone with some discomfort. I am taking teeny tiny bites and chewing even though I am eating mush! Anyone else have this happen to them.
