Busy Weekend - Help

I have an extremely busy weekend with sporadic access to a kitchen or being able to sit for a meal. What kind of foods are easy, portable and don't need refrigeration. I'm 5 weeks out and on regular foods. Any suggestions are appreciated.

I guess in a pinch I would do those little tuna packets and a fork or the tuna and cracker packs..

And premier shakes are shelf stable so they don't need to be refrigerated. And a protein bar, oh and some people like jerky.

Thanks Laura! Great ideas, perfect for what I need.

I would suggest investing in an insulated thermal lunch bag, the food would stay cold for a long time.

Suggested foods:

cheese sticks

Turkey or beef jerkey stick (Jacks Links can be found in Costco)

Lettuce/turkey/cheese breast roll-ups

Ham/Cheese rollups

Pickles/Cucumbers/celery with Peanut Butter

boiled eggs

If you have an insulated thermos you can have Soup.

Thanks Gemini. Your suggestions sound yummy but no coolers are allowed :( It's a bummer. I have a kitchen in my hotel room but will barely be there all weekend except for breakfast and late dinners.
