Baja Fresh gem

Today I are at Baja Fresh and ordered the skinny wahoo fish bowl (no rice sub more beans though next time I think I will sun more veggies). It is 3 pieces of grilled mahi 2oz each and a bowl w cabbage, black beans and this really good mango salsa. It's so good. With out the rice it came to 459 calories and it lasted me three meals (lunch, snack and dinner). It's gonna be my new go-to if I have to eat out.

I've always loved seafood, but I'd never order fish if I went out because I thought it would be too small / light for my appetite. I order fish all the time now when I'm out and I'm loving it.

Exactly! The only thing is it being too big now and whether you want to reheat it or not. I used to feel it didn't fill me up as much as say a steak did but now with the sleeve I am pleasantly filled with a couple of ounces of fish.

I'm not a fish lover. I hope I can still survive this surgery without eating fish.

Maybe your sleeve now loves fish??? Lol. Not even crab legs?? That's my fave.
