Random gagging

I have been experiencing these weird moments of wretching. It has happened 3x all at night after about 3hours after eating I am drinking water (not too fast, not too much, just fine) and I will get that saliva feeling in my mouth that feels like I am going to vomit. I run to the bathroom, the saliva is going and I feel so sick and my stomach wretches and spasming but nothing comes up. It ends in like 4minutes but I feel nauseous the rest of the evening. Anyone experience that before?

Also I have moments where my vision feels blurry like my eyes are not paying attention. I don't know how else to describe it. I guess I feel light headed and dizzy during the day.
